Digitizing the onboarding of field employees: From Future's winning bet

The challenge
The ready-to-wear sector is very competitive and for From Future, training was the key to differentiation. It was therefore necessary to train quickly, well, and especially from the onboarding stage to keep the best talents from the start.
Before Marie arrived, training was not a priority. The content was reserved for managers, with no follow-up or visibility on its distribution in stores.
So a question arose: how to train all employees, faster and more effectively?
From Future regularly opens international pop-ups: Seoul, Hong Kong, etc... Teams change often, with a lot of seasonal workers. We therefore needed a simple, digital and effective solution that was intuitive and fun, to adapt to the pace of salespeople.
Today, store employees are no longer simple executors: they are true brand ambassadors. It was therefore essential to offer them a clear, digitized training path, and aligned with the premium and dynamic universe of From Future.

The deployment of Beedeez
To meet these challenges, From Future turned to Beedeez — the LMS adapted to the realities of the field.
From Future is now using Beedeez to create, welcome and train newcomers but also to ensure the skills of employees, throughout their career in the company. To engage learners in the field and ensure a high level of customer service, From Future distributes the content related to the collections in advance, available one month before their release, in order to better prepare the teams.
The majority of the courses are even offered in English to accompany international shops.
Co-creation is also at the heart of the approach: round tables bringing together field employees make it possible to identify new needs and to adjust training themes.
Beedeez therefore allowed From Future to set up:

Today, From Future's onboarding journey has completely changed to make way for digital. A checklist to be completed by the manager, an integration morning and complete capsules on the essential themes to be managed in stores.
Results? An application adopted by learners and continuous training that is installed in the daily life of field employees.
From Future already has other perspectives in sight with Beedeez to further develop this growing training offer. The first: set up a group of ambassadors in charge of promoting training even more within stores. The second: considerably reduce turnover through successful onboarding and well-developed continuing education. And we intend to support them in this promising approach!
