The challenge
At BBGR, the training offer has hitherto been structured around two distinct formats: face-to-face and digital.
On the one hand, sales teams and technical experts provided training directly in stores, as close as possible to opticians. On the other hand, the trainers offered digital modules, accessible online from commercial agencies.
