How does BBGR customise its training courses for its partners and co-workers?

The challenge

At BBGR, training was organised into two parts: in-person and online. On one side, training was conducted by the sales staff and technical experts at opticians' locations in the shops.  On the other side, digital training was conducted by trainers in commercial agencies. 

However, shop staff found it difficult to make time for training and to arrange everyone in the same time slot. Online training was not ideal either, because it required a computer to be accessible in a separate area from the sales floor. They needed a solution that would respond to the daily challenges in the shop, including:

• Quick and easy access on-the-go 
• To be able to train flexibly and independently.
• Adapting to the company's different products and brands.
• Make training more dynamic by enabling teams to challenge themselves.

The solution

Beedeez has been able to help BBGR's optician partners customise their training courses by offering:

• a training solution that can be accessed from anywhere, without the need to be connected to a computer
• independent training to enable shop co-workers to easily train themselves
• an intuitive and collaborative back-office for quickly creating quality and relevant content
• a solution that can be customised according to the customer, optician, or employee profiles

In addition, Beedeez is working with BBGR to make its training even more dynamic by using the Live feature. 

The impact

With EyeLearn, BBGR's white label solution, it is now possible to train a majority of partners while customising the proposed content. This was not possible with a traditional format. 

Beedeez has established itself as THE training solution at BBGR. They have also extended access to EyeLearn to internally train sales staff, branch advisors, new employees, etc.
