Initial training: prep, license, master, CAP...

Initial training is the one we all know: business school, universities, vocational aptitude certificate (CAP), etc. It takes place as part of a classical education path. This type of training often includes periods of internships or work-study programs to validate your achievements, and delivers a diploma at the end of the course.

Continuing education: the training of the future

Continuing education develops learners' skills in record time: a few days, weeks or months. Some people even choose to follow this type of training in parallel with a permanent contract, abroad or for a retraining.

Flexibility and adaptable format Continuing education is a real argument for most learners. It can be followed on mobile (Mobile learning) and with very short modules (microlearning). You can also choose to follow it online with face-to-face periods (Blended Learning). And why not opt for continuing education between peers (Social learning)? In short, it is 100% adaptable!
