Founded in Switzerland, Laboratoire Sintyl offers a leading cosmetics brand: Méthode Physiodermie. This brand is present in many countries, where it is distributed in spas and beauty salons. Alexandre Vacher has always been attracted to the world of cosmetics. He started his career at L'Oréal Paris and then at Clarins in the Middle East, where he discovered the exciting world of beauty products, especially skin care. This experience marked the beginning of her career in the cosmetics industry.
From research to the field: training as a performance key for the Sintyl Laboratory
“Beedeez integrates the DeepL machine translation tool natively, and that's just exceptional because it saves us a lot of time. It's super simple and I think it also contributed to the choice of the tool and to the fact that we can launch an application in such a short time, in 4 languages.”
The challenge
At Laboratoire Sintyl, training cannot be an option. When you talk to skin experts, when you offer them a wide range of technological products, designed with scientific rigor in Geneva, it is impossible to ignore solid support.
The cosmetic brand, Méthode Physiodermie, sold exclusively in institutes and spas, is based on a simple principle: each skin is unique. And to achieve visible results, you need much more than good products. A precise diagnosis, personalized protocols, and controlled manual techniques are needed. In short, comprehensive expertise.
But this quality requirement also creates a real challenge: how to transmit so much knowledge, technicality, gestures and subtleties to beauticians in the field when teams are constantly changing, evolving and renewing themselves?
Until now, the response was only face-to-face. Two to three days of on-site training, led by an expert trainer. But once the session is over, there's no link left. And in a sector where new products, new techniques, and new hires arrive all year round, this model was no longer sustainable.
This is why the Sintyl Laboratory decided to rethink its training strategy:
➡️ Offer educational continuity, throughout the year, regardless of the number of students or the timing.
➡️ Maintain a high level of expertise on the technical and scientific characteristics of products.
➡️ Create a permanent bridge between the Geneva laboratory and partner institutes.
➡️ Complete on-site training with a flexible, accessible and engaging digital approach.
➡️ Put the learner back at the heart of the learning experience.
Training, transmitting, growing: a long-term commitment to guarantee perfect mastery of the Physiodermie method, everywhere in the world.
The deployment of Beedeez
Faced with increasingly complex training challenges, the Sintyl Laboratory called on Beedeez to deploy a flexible, engaging solution adapted to an international network.
With cutting-edge products, exclusive methods, and users located all over the world, the need was clear: to create a training system that was at once simple, aesthetic, multilingual... and above all effective.
The observation? Passionate but very busy employees, little time to devote to training, and yet a constant need to update, share best practices and improve skills.
With Physiodermie Academy, the Sintyl Laboratory has found the ideal solution to meet all these challenges:
✔️ An intuitive and aesthetic mobile application — a key criterion in the world of beauty and care.
✔️. A mandatory pre-training course, to allow learners to arrive on site already prepared.
✔️ An ultra-engaging gamified logic, with a points system reinforced by concrete rewards.
✔️ Fine management of multiculturalism: segmented by region to adapt exchanges and content (languages, product availability, etc.)
✔️ A tool designed for international use: thanks to the integrated translation functions, content can be deployed in several languages — a real plus when you train equally well in Switzerland, Singapore or China.
The result: a more fluid, more coherent, and above all more lively training, which accompanies learners before, during and after their skills development.
The results
From the first weeks of launch, enthusiasm was there! The adoption of the application by the learners was immediate: the teams quickly got into the habit of training independently, directly from their mobile phones. Even better, some of them got caught up in the game... to the point of challenging the trainers themselves. !
Result? Teams that are not only better trained, but above all operational almost instantly with each new product, protocol or technique deployed.
And that's not all: the platform has become a real space for exchange between regions. Field tips and best practices now circulate from one store to another, strengthening the cohesion of the network and accelerating the development of everyone's skills.
