Its major advantage lies in a very diversified product offer combined with expert business expertise. The bet is successful with today a large network of stores, an e-shop and more than 15,000 product references adopted by hairdressers and beauty professionals.
Engaging a community of 1,400 learners: the challenge met by Bleu Libellule

The challenge
Bleu Libellule is constantly developing and must respond to new challenges: increased competition (especially online platforms), a more demanding clientele and less and less committed learners.
The main objective of Bleu Libellule was simple: to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. But to achieve this, it was first necessary to guarantee a certain level of excellence among store employees. That's where digital training comes in!

The deployment of Beedeez
Bleu Libellule asked Beedeez to set up an innovative, comprehensive training platform that promotes sharing in order to meet these 4 major challenges.
Laure explains the wishes of Bleu Libellule: “We want to combine knowledge and the exchange of best practices with a simple strategy: combine a training space with a community space.”
Beedeez was therefore the perfect ally for this project. Thanks to our Flux, designed to facilitate exchanges between headquarters and populations in the field, each learner is free to share their advice and best practices with all employees. This made it possible to get started quickly — both by the headquarters teams and by the learners.
The back office has also benefited from a real simplification. The animation of the community was through notifications (app and email), and regular publications in the Flux. Access to detailed statistics has also made it possible to pilot targeted and engaging training strategies.
The results
Today, Beedeez has become a real information and training system. The platform promotes continuous, dynamic and collaborative learning.
Thanks to this evolution, employees have been able to:
