The challenge

Before using Beedeez's Mobile Learning solution, the RATP group was only using an LMS platform and was looking for a complementary solution that would allow them to develop new features that were not covered by the platform.

The RATP group transformed its training thanks to Beedeez's Mobile Learning Solution, which offered them a customisable and gamified white label application to guarantee a high level of engagement.

As a result, the Mobile Learning solution proposed by Beedeez offers:

• A tool that is accessible everywhere and at all times, which makes it available to employees at headquarters and also to those in the field or maintenance.
• A playful and gamified world to encourage engagement.
• A social learning dimension with several collaborative formats such as tips, which allow you to broadcast a business action or testimony to the entire community in the form of a video.

The impact

Thanks to the simplicity of the authoring tool, trainers have created more than 450 training capsules for learners to complete whenever they want.

Furthermore, Beedeez's fun and gamified world encourages learners to take new courses and increase their scores. In total, more than 500,000 capsules have been completed within the RATP group.
